Shipping and Return Policy
Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
US orders arrive within 3-6 business days. International orders arrive within 1-4 weeks. Transit times are subject to carrier changes or delays and are not guaranteed.
Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, etc.
If there are any issues with the content of your package due to shipping problems or if your package was lost please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation
Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges of unused merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Final sale or custom monogram items can't be returned.
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless product is defective.
How to process a return:
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with a brief explanation of your return and include your order number. Once your return is authorized by Folie, you will receive the address where you should send your package.
Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. Folie is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
